By now you will have completed your units of competency and are well on your way to obtaining your appointment as a Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.

This Statutory Supervisor exam support book has been designed to help guide you through the next step – the legislation exam. This is a self-study guide to be used over the four weeks following your training, and in the week prior to your exam. It is a structured week-by-week process that will cover the WHS Act in weeks 1 & 2, and the WHS (Mines) Regulations in weeks 3 & 4. In the week before section, it will reinforce everything you have learned, getting you comfortable and ready to sit your exam.

At the end of each week, you will be sent a test quiz, to familiarise you with the format of the online exam and build on your study sessions by practicing the skills you have mastered, navigating the physical copies of the legislation to find the answers.

Remember – the exam is open book, and you can take your own copies with you when you sit it.

This training will guide you through colour coding your own copy, and the layout of the contents pages of the legislation, to make it as simple as possible to get where you need to go.
